Payment Policy

The UK storefront displays prices and the checkout total in British pounds (GBP). Payment methods are presented by our secure Shopify checkout and may include major cards and digital wallets. A provider may request 3-D Secure or another verification step before authorising the transaction.

We accept an order after successful authorisation and our stock checks. If an authorisation is declined, reversed, or cannot be verified, we may hold or cancel the order. Any captured funds for a cancelled order are returned to the original method; posting time is controlled by the bank or wallet provider.

Card data is entered directly into the payment provider’s encrypted environment. nove-net does not keep complete card numbers or security codes. Our merchant account is US-based, so your issuer may add an international or currency-conversion charge. We will never ask you to send a one-time password or card details by email.
