Shipping policy

nove-net provides the UK delivery services and prices available for your postcode at checkout. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is generally 5–12 business days from dispatch; the estimate shown on your order confirmation takes priority.

We send tracking when the carrier supplies it. If you miss a delivery, follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery or collection. If the parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact kristenlolanthe8898@outlook.com so we can investigate. Keep the outer packaging for a carrier claim.

The checkout identifies taxes or import costs when Shopify has the required information. Where charges are collected separately by customs or the carrier, they are payable by the recipient unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery may not be available to every remote location or PO Box. Address errors after dispatch can cause delay or an additional charge.
