Refund policy

Start a return by emailing kristenlolanthe8898@outlook.com with your order number. UK customers can exercise the statutory 14-day cancellation right after delivery and have another 14 days to send the goods back. In addition, nove-net accepts eligible unused and resalable products returned within 30 days.

Please use protective packaging and keep a postal receipt. We normally deduct change-of-mind return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the standard delivery charge; an express upgrade is not refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the return is checked, usually within 14 days.

If a product does not conform to the contract, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund rights depending on the circumstances. Hygiene-sealed goods opened after delivery are excluded from voluntary cancellation only where permitted by law.
