Using nove-net.shop or placing an order means you accept these terms. Please read product specifications and the checkout summary carefully. Prices and availability can change, but we will not change the agreed price after an order has been accepted except where the law permits.

We send an order acknowledgement followed by confirmation once stock and payment are checked. We may refuse or cancel an order for a genuine listing error, unavailable stock, suspected unauthorised activity, or a legal reason. If money was captured, it will be refunded.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and must not interfere with the operation or security of the store. Text, images, logos, and design are owned by nove-net or its licensors. Mandatory UK consumer protections remain in force; otherwise, liability for indirect loss is limited as far as the law allows.
